LOOK AT THE AMAZING VIEW! Enjoy this tropical paradise that is direct oceanfront! There are very few units where you have the view of the palm trees, the beach AND the ocean! You can lay in bed and see and hear the ocean. This unit has many upgrades. Located at the Sand Dunes Resort on Myrtle Beach's Golden Mile (74th Avenue North), Unit 232 on the second floor will become your new-found paradise. Have coffee or blender drinks on the balcony overlooking the beach, ocean and patio; relax in bed while listening to the waves; sit in the cozy chaise lounge reading a book or watching for the dolphins, or sit at the table to eat or watch the action on the beach. Enjoy the luxury of new furniture, an amazing rock wall behind the bed, new tile throughout, an upgraded 51' flat screen TV, new bed, and high-end linens.

In the kitchen area, there is a 2 burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, and all the pots, pans, dinnerware and glassware you need. There is a toaster, blender (for those frosty drinks), ice bucket and Keurig coffee maker.

All you should need is your food and your clothes! We are owner operated and many extras are provided with the condo! We provide bed linens and comforters, towels (bath and kitchen towels), iron and ironing board, a get-started supply of dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, bath tissue - even shampoo, conditioner and soap!

No need to rent or bring beach chairs or an umbrella since they come with the room! We provide 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella! We’ve even provided a beach bag and a small soft sided cooler.

Outside of the resort lies a thousand things to do - many restaurants, miniature golf courses, boating, fishing from a nearby pier, golfing, shopping (yes, there are outlet malls very close!), and looking for shells and shark teeth (my son's favorite thing to do!). Most everything is a less than 15 minute walk or drive and US 17 is only 2 blocks away where there are grocery stores, bars, liquor stores, and shops. The airport is less than 10 miles away too!  The hotel is in a perfect location, between 2 large family entertainment areas – Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing – and very close to many of the local attractions – Carolina Opry, Pirate Show, and Medieval Times. 

This unit is not on the Sand Dunes rental program; therefore, daily maid service and Sand Dunes waterpark are not included. However, you have access to the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river and they are all oceanfront! Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association.

No Smoking Allowed in the unit or on the balcony - The $250 deposit will be retained if smoking in the unit or balcony occurs.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Reservations will include tax and a $110 cleaning fee. $250 refundable damage deposit is required. For June, July, and August, reservations for less than 3 nights are only accepted as fill-in's between other reservations. Cancellation policy is 60 days. All rental fees paid to owner (not VRBO/Homeaway) prior to 60 days will be refunded if cancelled within 60 days with the exception of credit card processing fees.
